How to Use:
- Wash your hands and the cup with mild soap and water before use.
- Fold the cup in half and hold it between your thumb and index finger.
- Insert the cup into your vagina, similar to how you would insert a tampon.
- Once the cup is fully inside, rotate it to ensure it has fully opened and sealed to your vaginal wall.
- To remove the cup, wash your hands and locate the stem at the bottom of the cup.
- Pinch the base of the cup to release the seal and gently pull it out.
- Empty the contents into the toilet and rinse the cup with water before reinserting or storing it in a clean, dry place until your next use.
