Achieve real cork-like aesthetics with our EasyCork filament. Made with 30% cork particles, it's easy to print and perfect for creating objects with a cork-like feel, look and smell. Available while stock lasts.
Our EasyCork filament is the perfect solution for achieving real cork-like aesthetics in your 3D-printed objects. Made with 30% cork particles, it's easy to print and perfect for creating objects with a cork-like feel, look and smell. The filament is based on our EasyFil PLA compound and the 30% gravimetrical filling with cork fibers makes the filament absolutely warp-free. EasyCork has great thermal stability and filament-flowing behavior, making it perfect for first- and inter-layer adhesion. It can also be printed at high printing speeds. Unique features of this filament include its lightweight and impact resistance, as well as its high cork filling and real cork feel, look, and smell. Please note that EasyCork filament will be discontinued due to the stop of the supply of raw materials needed for the EasyCork compound. EasyCork filament will only be available as long as stock lasts. The filament is biodegradable and available in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters, and in 500-gram, 250-gram, and 2300-gram weights.

Above displayed settings are meant as guidance to find your optimal print settings. These ranges in settings should work for most printers, but please do feel free to experiment outside these ranges if you think it is suitable for your printer. There is a lot of different type of printers, hot-ends and printer offset so it is extremely difficult to give an overall one-size-fits-all setting.

When printing with filled/composite filaments it is recommended to clean your nozzle immediately after printing by feeding 15-20cm PLA filament through your nozzle. This will make sure that any potential fillers are flown out of your nozzle. It is even better to use glow-in-the-dark PLA as the extremely hard phosphorous particles are much more likely to scrape out residual waste from your nozzle.

This filament isn’t just practical—it’s planet-conscious. Crafted through layer-by-layer additive manufacturing, it inherently reduces production waste.
Its packaging is entirely recyclable: cardboard spools and boxes made from recycled and untreated materials ensure minimal environmental impact.
Moreover, the Recycling Program invites you to return failed prints and excess material, which are then transformed into new filaments—closing the loop on plastic waste.
If you're looking to reduce packaging even further, ReFill options let you switch to reusable master spools, cutting packaging waste by up to 80% and shipping volume by up to 55%.
