We’re eating the planet!

Maria Beatrice Barberis

Much of the meat sold in supermarkets is produced in intensive farms: real meat factories. In order to produce and sell more and more and at ever lower prices, animals are subjected to atrocious treatments, water, soil and air are polluted and forests and biodiversity are destroyed to make room for the production of feed. Let’s change the rules of this system! The food choices we make today determine the state of the planet on which we will live tomorrow. A 50% global reduction in the production and consumption of animal products to 2050 is necessary to avoid the most devastating impacts of climate change and to comply with the Paris Agreements on CO2 emissions. (source: greenpeace.org) A vegan or vegetarian diet, in addition to being healthy, is also colorful and always varied according to the seasons and local specialties. Adopt an eco-friendly lifestyle, eat healthy local organic food, save animals' lives and our planet! Try our eco-friendly kitchenware, Say Yes to Life, Earth Thanks! 🌿
