Very mild and wonderful for your skin, the Natural Soap Bar is made from scratch using quality plant-based oils for their moisturizing properties. Nothing but the oils with farm-fresh goat’s milk, making it even more gentle and mild. Packed full of essential nutrients and vitamins, goat’s milk soothes and hydrates even the most sensitive skin. Formulated with Apricot seed powder which offers a natural and gentle exfoliation and leaves behind a luxurious after-feel providing a sensory indicator of effectiveness. Infused with Lemongrass oil which helps oily skin and kills bacteria. The gentle, comfortable formula forms a film on the skin’s surface to prevent excessive moisture loss and leaves the skin restored, polished, and radiant.

- Natural Exfoliating Beads provide moderate exfoliation, leaving skin smooth, and soft, and gently eliminating dead cells and rough skin.

Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING PROCESS
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, its okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We take an average of 1-2 business days to complete your order and some custom items may take 7-14 days longer, especially on major holidays ( up to 15 days) or if your order includes popular items with availability issues. Orders are shipped immediately upon confirmation of availability.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
